1 banana

half cup pineapple

Oats.1 cup

onion chopped 1 tbsp

garlic and ginger paste 1 tsp

black pepper per taste

olive oil 1 tsp

Blanch the spinach. Blend it in half a cup of water. In a pan heat oil and add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. cook it. Now add spinach puree and salt and pepper. Cook it until it is thickened and served hot.
